I am wondering how to start an adult website. I want to host videos
and pictures. Nothing to fancy. I need to know:

- Where do I start?
- Legally, what do I do?
- Any helpful information.

Your hardest part will be finding an ISP that will accept adult
content.  You may need to run your own servers, etc., with an ISP that
considers itself a common carrier (e.g. they don't monitor the
content, they merely sell you the bandwidth).

You may wish to use the .xxx domain, and require use of some age
verification system before anything "harder" than "R" is presented to
a vistor.

It doesn't matter so much about the laws of your area, or where the
server is (which I'm sure you and your lawyer would research
extensively before you post image 1) - there are many documented cases
of people being sued by a remote town for violation of that town's
standard, since the content was "delivered" in that town.  In that
case, you are looking at having to defend yourself in a widely
scattered area, or avoiding visiting them, lest you be arrested on a
outstanding bench warrant.
