What are the specifics of the DRAM Shop Law in New York.  If a person
leaves an establishment intoxicated, has an accident and kills someone
can the owner be sued personnally.  The commercial establishment has
insurance.  How about criminal liability?  What would the plaintiff
have to prove in either case?
