I am looking for independent ratings of facilities in Pennsylvania and
New Jersey that provide rehabilitation for alcohol addiction as well
as depression.  The facilities in question **must** serve both of
these needs.  All that I have come up with in searching the internet
are commercial sites - I need unbiased information about the quality
and nature of these facilities.
