I need defensible market data (with sources) for the demand for
commercial real estate bridge loans. These are defined as short-term
loans (1 yr. or less) which act as a "bridge" while permanant and less
costly financing is being arranged. They are used for acquisitions,
repositioning, and other commercial real estate needs. The market
segment we are focused on are loans in the $1M to $10M range. I need
the information for the major regions in the U.S. (Southwest, Midwest,
Northeast, Southwest, etc.) as well for the U.S. as a whole.
We know that this is a highly framented and inefficient market with
small local players and/or those who provide bridge loans as part of a
larger portfolio of loan products.
I am setting a price of $100 for the information. If the data is what
I need, I will double the amount with a $100 tip to the researcher.
A good overview of what a bridge loan is can be found at

Thank you for your efforts.
