I am looking for a specific lawfirm in Kansas City, MO that is
handling a class action lawsuit.  This lawsuit will involve
approximately 1.65 million Mexican citizens living in Mexico. How do I
locate the specific law firm that is handling this class action law
suit.

is the basis of this lawsuit? Where and when did you hear about it?

I do not have the specifics of the lawsuit.  I provide an
international mail service and heard that the law firm would be
sending out a mailing to these citizens.   I was attending a postal
meeting at  the time, but was not able to get additional information.

This sounds a bit like the Bracero Justice case that was filed in
California last year, seeking recompense for half a million Mexican
farmworkers.  None of the law firms involved that I know of are from
Kansas, though...most are California, NY, and Ill.  You can see a
