I am looking for a list of leading edge technology firms that provide
line management systems for large retail organizations within Canada,
preferrably supporting financial institutions.

The solutions that that these firms provide should be able to enable
real time monitoring of actual customer volumes, wait times and
transaction times within a retail environment.

The solution will need to be implemented across Canada, so the vendour
must be able to serve the Canadian marketplace at the enterprise
national level.
