Would like to know what Information Systems/Technology budgets, minus
salaries, average for manufacturing companies in the 50 million to 100
million range?  Salaries are nice too, if you have them, but primarily
I need totals (Capital expenditures, maintenance service, professional
fees, software, outsourcing, etc.)without HR numbers.  I need a
benchmark.  Names of companies and/or references are important.
