What is the production process and production structure/org charts at Gap inc. ?

Hi!

Finding a specific production process and production structure/org
chart for GAP Inc. isn't applicable to the company since it outsources
the production to different factories around the globe.

I was able to find the official statement of GAP on the process of how
they select these factories and what are standards that they apply.

Will this be ok as an answer?

THanks!

I need to identify the production managers for each clothing line
across all of Gap Inc.'s brands, for example there is a Senior
Production Manager for Gap Women's Knit Tops and various associate
prodcution managers that work with this person. These folks are in
direct contact with sourcing managers who oversee the production
process at the factories overseas. Furthermore, I need detail on how
production is allocated at the factories, such as the types of
garments produced, what the process is in terms of time to market,
what the level of interaction is like with the production manager,
etc.

At the very least I need the organizational chart for one of Gap
Inc.'s brands such as Gap or Banana Republic that shows or lists who
the Senior Production Managers report to and who work under them. I
hope this helps. I also need all of the information described for at
least 7 other major apparel brands and I would be willing to pay a
fair amount for each, please let me know if this would be available.

Thanks.

I don't want to rain on your parade, but I don't believe you'll find
the answer to this one.

This is what is called 'trade secrets'. If you were a consultant that
began to work for GAP, you'd undoubtedly asked to sign a Non
Disclosure Agreement. As an employee, the same agreement would have
to be signed. This means that you cannot talk to anyone outside the
company about what you have seen or learned. To do so would give the
competition an unfair advantage. Sorry, that's how the world works.
