I need to find a domain registrar (with a website in english) that
handles "com.tw" domain TRANSFER. Not only registration, but transfer.
In fact, many companies such as Godaddy, eNom, Registerfly and others
only handle registration of domains with .com.tw extension, but not
transfers, though sometimes it doesn't say so on their websites. So I
would need you to actually call the company and get confirmation that
they do offer the service of transferring domains with .com.tw
extension. The registrar company must have a wegbsite in enlgish
language, not chinese or other languages. Thanks
