Question ID: 587182
I am interested in comparing different remote support solutions. I
have narrowed my list to GoToAssist, WebEx Support
Center, LogMeIn Rescue and Tridia iTivity.

How much does each package cost? Setup fees? Quantity discounts?

Anything in particular differentiate between these competing support
solutions(Security, performance, features etc)?

Initially i would only like to purchase one seat license but might
purchase up to 10 in the future if it works well.

The best way is to go for an evaluation in your environment which will
give you a feel of which really is good on your network. My company
uses gotoassist for remote assistance and it works pretty
well.Although I dont have any idea of other products ,I highly
recommend gotoassist for its outstanding QOS

I agree that gotoassist is a great package. We used it at my company
for over two years. We recently switch to rescue. It is faster and
easier for our customers. Gotoassist offered to match the lower
rescue price, but we prefered rescue. Didn't try tridia, but webex
wasn't very good. I hope this helps.
