Hi jcounts,

Probably the best page of links is at the following, where you can
find a list of all Mennonite Churches... and how to contact the
minister with names, addresses, phone and fax numbers, and email
address. When you make contact you can ask them to give you the
information for hiring to build your cabin. Click on the page and you
can locate an area near Spring Creek, PA.

This is an example of one of the links provided in Lancaster:
"142 E King St #144
Lancaster, PA 17602
United States
Phone: 1-717-299-5119
Fax: 1-717-299-7131
Email: actscf@juno.com

James O. Eikenberry - ordained in another conference
J. Eric Dombach - ordained minister"

Google search strategy: "contacting Pennsylvania Amish", "Mennonite
Church contacts" "Pennsylvania Dutch"

Good Luck to you,

Hi jcounts,

I was born and raised in SW PA, and traveled all over the beautiful
state. Amish country is quite unique.

Not to take you away from your hiring interests, but I thought I'd
quote an interesting piece from an article on The Amish in the year
2100...I found this while doing the research for you. Enjoy!

"Now in the year 2100, cars are naturally something from a bygone era.
The Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. opened its National
Museum of the Automobile several years ago in 2078, and it continues
to attract large numbers of visitors. The visions of all of those old
1990’s science fiction movies have partly come true. We are all riding
around in flying cars known as "airmobiles." Naturally, any group of
people like the Amish who continue to make use of cars, those land
machines on rubber tires, attracts many a curious visitor. So today we
will take off in our airmobile and fly over to Lancaster’s Amish
Country."
