My mother has a stock certificate for 300 shares of Eltek, Inc. Date
of Issue is November 11, 1971. The certificate Number is A2221, for
300 shares of common stock. There is a seal in the bottom middle of
the certificate that says "Eltec, Inc., Corporate Seal, Oregon".
Signed by C. C. Bragg, President of Eltek, Inc, and Countersigned by
The Oregon Bank, Portland, Oregon, Transfer Agent. Is this worth
anything now?

Dear gjb1952,

Unfortunately, the company is not existing anymore. According to the
database of the Oregon Secretary of State, Corporation Division, Eltek
Inc. (actually Gus Bragg & Associates Inc. because the company name
was changed to this in April 1980) ceased to exist through involuntary
dissolution on 26 June 1992. Therefore, it is more than unlikely that
Eltek stock certificates are still of any value at all.

I am very sorry that the answer is so unpleasant.
