Can somebody advise what the rules are for paternity leave rules for
residents of California ?

a.  Other than company sick/ vacation poilicies that companies might
have what are the "benefits and employee" protection that the state of
california offer per the family act?
b.  Can this period be considered short-term disability ?
c.  Any other general information to consider ?
