I've phoned them and they told me that they do provide the
steam-turbine generator and that it can be barge-mounted. Also, while
they don't manufacture the boiler - which is the part of equipment
needed to make it work fueled with coal, they do assist customers in
order to find the appropriate boiler's provider, and furthermore
team-work with the latter in the assembly of the whole equipment.

My search strategy was "coal fired steam turbine generators"

) In the results page, at the "sponsored links" section - right side
of the page - I found the following ad:

Following the links there led me to two companies:
1.- Dresser-Rand/Coppus (http://www.coppus.com/steam/default.asp )
already mentioned in the answer;
and
2.- Man Turbo AG (http://www.manturbo.com/en/index.php ), based in
Germany. I phoned their office in Texas (Tel.: +1-713 780 4200), where
I was told that they would not manufacture small power turbines, but
very kindly referred to me two other companies:
* Tuthill, which ultimately makes part of Dresser-Rand (please see
http://www.tuthillenergy.com/ );
and
* Peter Brotherhood Ltd, already mentioned in the answer.
