Is there a 'term' that is used for when a retailer charges a
manufacturer for increasing the % of sales that that mfr gets from the
retailers business. I know about slotting fees, but is there another
term? In particular, if there's a Stanford MBA that can tell me
anything about if Stanford has any courses or lessons that cover this
and some details about them.
