You may have some family members who have no technology backgrround or
experience at all, especially ederly family members. I would strongly
recomend that you look at www.Ceiva.com

The Ceiva picture frame has a built in modem. You connect it to the
phone line (and the phone still works!) and overnight like at 2am the
Ceiva picture frame, all by itself, makes a local phone call out to
the server and downloads any new photographs that friends and family
have sent. In the morning the person owning the Ceiva picture frame
wakes up and, surprise!, looks at a slide show of the new photographs.

I live in France and i use the internet to download photogrphs into my
parents Ceiva, and they wake up in the morning and enjoy the
photographs. I can log onto their Ceiva account form France, create a
message, they have nice backgrounds to choose from, and in the morning
my parents see the message I wrote.

The big +++ is that the owner of the picture frame doesn't do
anything, no buttons to push no directions to learn. They wake up and
look for new photographs. I also liek the fact that I keep copies of
the photographs in albums on the Ceiva server. That way if my computer
is ever messed up, our photographs are safe on the Ceiva server, and
their back up systems.

Our whole family practically has a Ceiva, and when I download photos I
am able to send them to all member so of my family that have Ceivas.
It is so much better than sending by e-mail. Everyone in our family
enjoys Ceiva.

Not 100% of what you were looking for but never the less a product you
might want to look at. www.Ceiva.com

I dont' work for them, just am a satisfied customer.
