I don't know enough about media players to know if there's an easy way
to capture the file for editing, though.

I need more than just being able to replay it.  I need it to be
available on my computer for a class training video.  I have done a
search of "State of the union" and there is another person here that
has/had the entire video on their computer.  That is exactly what I am
looking for.
