Hi adawise,
A great resource which I have used in the past is:
http://www.historychannel.com/speeches
Click on the Speech Archive link for a comprehensive list of diverse
world-changing speeches.
Would this resource along with links to other sites that also list
great speeches be acceptable as an answer?
Regards,
lotd

Here's a list that spans several continents and centuries, and seems
to hit on most of the obvious masters:
http://www.historyplace.com/speeches/previous.htm
Is this the sort of thing you're looking for? If not, could you let
us have a bit more detail as to what you're after.
Thanks,

Just to clarify:
lotd-ga has posted a link to a list of modern speeches. It's a great
resource, where you can actually listen to recordings of the speech
The link I provided is a list that covers a much larger span of
history, and provides the text of each speech. But there is no
opportunity at this site to actually hear the speeches.
Let us know what you think.
