I am in sales and have a sales prospecting database in MS Excel that contains approximately 500 company names. This will grow to 1000 names eventually. I would like to subscribe to a news clipping service that will track these 500 names. Yahoo and Google alerts provide sufficiently good results. The problem is they have a web interface that requires each of the 500 prospects to be entered individually. Is there any service out there that will allow a bulk update (In some delimited format) that can do this data entry for me? I'd even be willing to pay up to $10-20/month. If there's not a service out there that will do this, is there a "screen scraping" tool/technique (or other technical method) to do this bulk update? |
