Here the situation my girlfriend have used up all her financial aid
for pellgrant. She is still continuing her education at that same
school. But the school only offer so much assistant, and she need two
more years there. So she have to appeal to the financial office to see
if they can still give her some more money, so that she can further
her education. So the question the financial ask is to answer is those
two question to see if she qualify for assistant.
