I need eight to ten academic/scholarly works (journal articles,
reports, books) that examine the Principle of Median Location and
transshipment points applied to the oil and petroleum industry. I
cannot use newspaper or magazine articles. I have a basic
understanding of microeconomic and macroeconomic theories. I have a
basic understanding of median location. I can understand basic
statistics, calculus, and algebra. These works will assist me in
writing a simple term paper of 7 pages, double spaced (not including
charts and graphs). My idea was developed after reading about the
Principle of Median Location in "Urban Economics" by Arthur
O'Sullivan. 5th Ed. 2004.

I have only been able to locate articles that explain location choice
through the p-median problem. The type of source that I need will
explain median location of petroleum industry activities in "layman"
terms. I am willing to pay the list price for 5 scholarly works that
meet this criteria, instead of 8-10 works.
