I am a qualified diagnostic radiographer in England with 3 years post
qualification experience. Am I able to work in Israel? Do I need to
requalify?

I wasn't able to find the exact information you need.  However, if you
contact The Chaim Sheba Medical Center, The Division of Diagnostic and
Interventional Imaging department consists of 30 qualified
radiologists.
