I own 20% of a Web design business (a two-member Ohio-registered LLC).
I live 100% of the year in Illinois. We have clients in 15-20
different states; all work is virtual. I work on a portion of all
client projects. All invoices are paid to the LLC. I get a portion
of the LLC income (not a salary) based on effort. Where do I file my
state tax return(s)?
