These tennis matches were played in the 1960's before - please include results 
from both Open era which i think started in 1968 , and also results from before 
1968 , i.e. so basically the entire decade of 1960. 

The scores of matches between Rod Laver and Pancho Gonzales with any
description of the matches if available or the name of the book or
link
which has all this information.
