I am looking for a spyware program to protect a terminal server

I am looking for some program like Spybot, or Spy Sweeper, but one
made to run on a terminal server and protect all logged in users that
are using IE, firefox, or maybe even Outlook 2003.

We tried putting Spy Sweeper on there, but it was a terrible CPU hog
and slowed down the server to much with each user running it.

Is there a product made that is intended to a terminal server. I am
hoping to find one for under $200, since our terminal server only
houses 10 users.

If not, can someone recommend what program to run?

thanx in advnce
