Dear Sdquigley -
I did some searching of statistical data and could not find the
exact data you were looking for but thought this would help you come
up with some of you own conclusions as to percup information. The
following Statistics come from bizstats.com (
http://www.bizstats.com/realworld.htm )
"Starbucks
755,951 Average Annual Sales Per Store
$504 Average Sales Per Sq Foot
 59.1% Gross Margin %
 5.5 Inventory Turnover
1,500 Estimated Sq Feet per store"
Statistical information edited by Patrick O'Rourke, CPA
Washington, DC

From that data one could surmise that since the average cost of a cup
of Joe from Starbucks is $2.85 that 727 cups of coffee served per day.
However, that is a simplist mathmetical average. Not weighted or
taking into account for sales of raw coffee, food, or other products
available. I have also added the Corporate information below as I
believe might help.

Starbucks Corporate Office
 2401 Utah Avenue South, P.O. Box 34067
Seattle, WA 98134
 Phone: (206) 447-1575
 Employees (last reported count): 54,000
