I know of no "list" of off-off-Broaday producers and directors since
many of them also function in other cpacities. I can however provide
you with a substantial list of off-off-Broadway theaters including
contact information if this will suffice.

FYI - the list contains 327 theaters. Undoutedly this would put you in
contact with a number of individuals who could redirect you to the
sources you are seeking if not many of the producers and directors

Hi again deano39-ga:

Any thoughts about my alternative proposal? As I said I believe my
list will results in some contacts that will be informative and useful
to you. Please let me know if you'd like me to post it as an answer.

Thank you so much for helping me work through all this, I appreciate
it. Now to clarify what I am after:

I asked for a list of off-off-Broadway producers and directors because
I want to contact one or more of them to see if I can interest them in
some comedies of mine, particularly one which lampoons the Bush

However, I am told by one of your researchers that no such list exists
and that these producers and directors are often invoved in other
things. Even so, if I could get a few names it would be appreciated.

The same researcher (I think) also said there IS a list of theatres
available (presumably off-off-Broadway and off-Broadfway theatres)
--more than 300 in all. Yes, I would very much like this list, if

I hope I have sufficiently clarified what I am after.

So, just to reiterate, my question now is, even there is no list of
producers and directors because these people do other things, may I
still have a few names of these people if possible. Also, may I please
have the list theatres that the researcher mentioned is available.

Thank you.

Dear deano39-ga;

Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting
question. As I mentioned in my clarification request many of these
creative minds are rather elusive. Many of them do work outside of
their Broadway credits and some of them are also teachers and students
in the private sector so direct contact information is very difficult
to come by. Here are some off-off-Broadway producers and directors I
managed to find:

You can contact these individuals through their common efforts at The
New York Innovative Theatre Awards, Inc.

While these individuals work on other project, the common factor is
that they all belong to a theatrical organization called TOSOS II.
Since personal contact information is typically not published for
public consumption, I?ve no doubt that you contact these individuals
via this common collaborative effort at:

In addition, as I promised, you can conveniently access contact
information for any one of the 327 Off-Off-Broadway Theaters listed
here and address your inquiry to any producer or director currently on
staff, ?In Care Of? the theater:

Finally, you may also be able to contact producers and directors by
contacting PRODUCING OFF OFF which occasionally holds seminars that
helps people like you do this very thing.

In fact, there appears to be a workshop going on even as we speak.
