I am trying to find info about the theologian, author, and
contemporary Protestant preacher, Dr. Rembert S. Truluck, who is
apparently an unconventional character but for whom I can find almost
no independent information, articles, criticisms, or discussion.

As I mentioned in my comment to your previous question about Dr.
Truluck, to call him a theologian is to stretch the definition of the
word. I read quite a bit in the field of theology, and I have never
come across Dr. Truluck's name in any serious theological discussion.
To put it bluntly, if Dr. Truluck is a theologian, then Dr. Phil is a
psychoanalyst.
