I am in search of Dippin Dots icecream. I don't want to go somewhere where I have to pay admission to get them. I read on their website that there is a vending machine at Kent State University. Unfortunately, they do not say exactly where on campus. Also any other locations would be appreciated. | |

After a thorough search, I declare: If this can be found anywhere within kent.edu, I'll eat my hat! |

nkamom- If you go to the Dippin Dots Website below, and chose Ohio as the state, the choices do indeed include Kent State. Canal Park, in Akron is also listed. (11 miles from Kent State) Have you called the Kent State Student Union? This seems like a likely place to find them. Also, you could call Dippin Dots for an exact location. http://www.dippindots.com/ Here is the number to the Kent State Student Dining Services - 330-672-2592 The student center has many broken links, and no number found, but perhaps the Dining Services folks can give it to you. |

The mall in Boardman, OH (the one by tinsel tpwn theatre? has a Sears in it, and a bowling alley with a club) had a dippin dots. I used to live there a year ago. It was in a booth in the hallway. I am not sure if it is still there, or how far away you are. If it is close, and you find it there, let me know and I will post an official answer. ;) Regards, slawek-ga |
