Question ID: 588634
I am looking for additional firms that offer third party perks-at-work
services to other corporations. That is to say, companies that, for a
fee (either from client corporation offering perks to employees or
from companies offering perks to employees or both), offer employees
special discounts, special services, group rates, etc., from various
companies.

Firms that we also know about include:

Perkscard (www.perkscard.com)
NextJump (www.nextjump.com)
Sparkfly (www.sparkfly.com)
Motivano (www.motivano.com)
Wild at Work(www.wildatwork.com)
Passport Unlimited (www.passportunlimited.com)
Perks.com (www.incentiveprograms.com--yeah, that URL makes sense!)
Employee Mall (www.employeemall.com)

I will pay $50 for the first company found and a tip of $25 for each
subsequent company found, so long as they meet the qualifications
described above and offer these services to American employees. (I'll
post a separate question if someone other than the initial answerer
comments that they have an additional company that fits the bill.)

I have gathered information on several perks-at-work programs that I
hope will meet your needs.

  BeyondWork

"BeyondWork's 'self-help' Employee Discount Shopping Program
capitalizes on the speed, flexibility and accessibility of the
Internet to give employees a convenient way to address personal needs
for leisure, recreation, fitness and community. Best of all, it's
available 24/7, from any Internet-connected computer at home or in the
workplace and offers lifestyle services and products from such premium
brands as Sharper Image, Disneyland and AMC Theatres at discounts of
10 to 40 percent. A cost-effective, one-stop solution, the program
relieves Human Resources of the extra administration traditionally
needed for such a comprehensive program. Managers get more
productivity out of well-rounded, happier, less stressed employees."

Thanks... BeyondWork, Workstream and the Benefit Express Card clearly
meet my criteria, but, unless I am missing something, Incent One,
Circles, Maritz Rewards and Michael C. Fina do not as I'm not clear on
how they offer employee perks.

The three that meet my criteria and the eight companies cited in my
initial query all offer employees discounts and coupons not available
to the public at large.

I'm very familiar with Maritz Research and Circles, and neither of
them offer anything to their end-user clients at large anything not
available to the public at large except, in the case of Circles,
concierge services (which confer no special discounts or other
offers--it's basically a 411 service that's actually friendly).

The rewards programs that Incent One, Circles, Maritz Rewards and
Michael C. Fina are not perks, i.e., they aren't (and I looked up in
Webster's here, just to check myself) privileges, gains or profits
INCIDENTAL (emphasis mine) to regular salary or wages; especially
one[s] expected or promised. They're special rewards for specific
accomplishments and presumably not given to a company's entire
employee base--unless I'm missing something.

I wasn't certain whether all of these firms would meet your needs, but
I thought it was best to post them for your perusal. I'm glad to learn
that three of the firms that I found were on target!

logicalboyla-ga rated this answer:5 out of 5 stars and gave an additional tip of: $50.00
Well, three is a lot better than zero and I'd rather have to review
and reject some than miss some!!! Thanks so much and here is your
promised tip.

I'm going to repost at $25 on same terms for you or anyone else who
can add additional firms.
