I need a list of all the commercial retail companies that require
outside developers to do free standing build-to-suits for them (in
other words do not self develop their own stores.) I?d like these
companies to predominantly cater to smaller towns with populations
from 5000 to 35,000. Examples of companies that I?m talking about are
Tractor Supply Company, Firestone, Walgreens Drug Store, etc. A lot of
restaurant chains self develop their stores but some do not. Some
retailers require pad sites out in front or beside major traffic
generator like Wal Mart. I?d like to have a list of these companies,
person of contact, telephone number and other critical site
requirements. In addition, I?d like to know the markets they are
focused on or will be in the future.
