I am looking for the same brand/type Footie Pajamas I purchased last
Christmas at Sears. The label in the pajamas says "Personal
Identity." They are fleece two-piece pajamas with feet that come in
adult sizes. The feet are also fleece, but are externally lined with
a non-slip surface.
I have already searched online and have only been able to find toddler
pajamas and sites where seamstresses will make pajamas for you. I
want these specific pajamas, as I can sew for myself. I would like
someone to find for me a place (either online or brick and mortar in
the San Francisco Bay Area) where I can obtain these pajamas for under
$80 in any season (as they are only available at Sears around
Christmas).
An appropriate answer will include pictures of the pajamas you find
and information on how to go about ordering them.
Thanks. |

Hi kaffwynn,
I was not able to locate the same exact two-piece Footie Pajamas that
Sears sells.
However, I have located a pajama that comes in your choice of either
fleece or flannel, and your choice of many colors, both pattern and
plain. They have a 24 inch front zipper, 14 inch side zippers on rear
"Mooner" flap. Feet are 2 layers of fabric plus non-skid soles. Also
available without feet. $75 + S&H. These look really warm and cozy
for those cool nights.
They also have Slippers: Your choice of 2 colors per pair. Same no-
skid rubber soles as pajamas. Wear them up or cuff 'em. $18 + S&H. No
additional S&H on slippers when ordered with a pair of pajamas.
The site has many wonderful pictures, easy ordering and contact
instructions, and the prices seem very reasonable. You have many
choices of colors and several prints if you'd like that instead.
I also was able to locate 2 other sites that sell one-piece pajamas
fleeced with footies.
Please let me know if you think this will answer your query and I'll
be happy to post the links for you.
Thank you,

I have seen many sites with one piece and zippered footie pajamas, and
unfortunatley that is not what I am looking for.
The specific ones that I am trying to find are two pieces, no zippers.
The bottoms have an elastic waist, and the top is almost like a
sweatshirt pullover with a front pocket (like on hoodie sweatshirts,
where it is like a pouch where hands can enter from both sides). The
fleece is a thick polar fleece.
I know I'm being strangely specific, but I already own many pairs of
footie pajamas, and these ones I found at Sears are the best I've ever
had. I just can't find more!
Thanks for your trouble, let me know if there is any information
needed to help clairify my question, I can probably provide pictures
if need be.

Hi,
I just wanted to let you know I have a email to Sears in asking
them if they have any in stock from last year, and if so is there a
way we could acquire them, and if not, what date they become for sale
again. Also, The Sears website http://www.sears.com has a "notify me
by email when in stock option" If you choose to order the pajamas
online if they have them again this year, this is one of the things
you could do to keep track of them
"If an item is out of stock, an "Buy Options" Button will display
beside the product. Click on the "Buy Options" button, enter your
email address, and we will notify you when the product is back in
stock. At that time, you can decide if you want to purchase the item."
From Sears.com website.
I'll let you know as soon as I know something.

Hi Kaffynn,
You're not being 'strangely specific'... I understand perfectly. When
one wants to be extrememly warm, fuzzy, and cozy then comfort clothing
is the only way to go! I hope another researcher can provide you with
exactly what you need. ;)

Hello again,
I just wanted to get back to you and let you know that I did
recieve a phone call from Sears. I was told by Tasheika in the
Customer Servace depeartment that they will not be recieveing any PJ's
in that meet these standards until Oct or Nov of this year. That the
buyers go based on weather, and this is the buyer's estimate for 2002.
If they were a good enough seller last year, they will be getting them
again, however, they will not have that information till late Sept.
I'm sorry I could not help you further.

Well, thanks everyone that has tried so far. I knew they must have
been a difficult thing to find. Given that I'm a pretty good searcher
in my own right, and I couldn't find a darn thing. Oh well. Thanks
anyway!
