What is the percentage of cooked vs raw Broccoli consumption in the U.S.

This information would probably come from a direct consumer survey.
The price offered obviously does not contemplate a new survey
(although it would be great if someone undertook it for their own
reasons). Rather it is intended to fund an hour or two of research to
find the results of reasonably current surveys that have been done, if
any.
