A Military Advocate General is sometimes referred to as MAG in
military legal jargon. Is this what you're looking for?

No, don't think it's MAG. I think it might be a word or an
abbreviation that sounds like "mag." used in the following sentence:

It was as a result of LC 4663 as clarified by the Appeals Board and
(or in) "mag" decision regarding Escobedo v. Marshals in June of 2004.

It's related to a workers' compensation case. Please pass question
along to someone else if you can't help.

Thanks, Dianer

Perhaps it is Medical Monitoring Advisory Group (MMAG). This appears
to have some relevance to Worker's Comp. Would this be it?

Could be. But I was wondering if you did any research with regard to
Escobedo v. Marshals and LC 4663.

This may be an abbreviation for "magistrate's." "Magistrate's
decision" is a phrase commonly encountered in legal documents.
