Question ID: 589123
I would like a sample of a web based application where via the web, a
user could make an inquiry (of a location) via an ASP Page. The ASP
Page would pass the inquiry to a Microsoft SQL Server which would then
return a set of coordinates to the web which would place a marker on
Google Earth at the set of coordinates that were returned.

What I'm looking for is the code to do what can be done at Google
Local where you enter an address in the search text box then click on
search and see the results on the Google Earth Map.

The coding doesn't necessarily have to be ASP. If KML or XML is more
appropriate it's not a problem.

I wrote one of these for SMS.ac' location based search flirt web app
using C# and SQL Server.

The question is, do you have the corrdinates loading into sql? Is it
latitude, longitude based?

Le me know and I can provide an answer.
