Question ID: 589230
is it possible to enable a nokia 6225 to continously vibrate upon
receiving a text message?

right now it only vibrates once upon receiving a text.

this is my first nokia, and am having trouble mastering the series 40
interface(you can laugh if you want), as well of the concept of
'profiles', as i have previously only owned sanyo mobiles.

If you can set other - not default - sound (midi melody) to this
event, do it. Phone will vibrate more than once.

that does work, but unfortunately defeats the purpose, because it
creates sound. i just want the phone to vibrate continously(until an
action is taken by the user) when a incoming call or new text message
is received.

so far this only seems possible if you have it set to ring a midi
ringer and vibrate at the same time, but this creates noise.
