I am looking for an old newspaper article from 1946-1966.  The article
was about a young girl who had been placed in a mental institution for
murdering her young brother.  Her father, upon his death bed,
confessed to the murder.  I would like to find that article.

Old newspapers are readily available online, but without a bit more
details on the story itself, it would be very unlikely that a
researcher would be able to track it down.

I believe this took place in one of the Southern States.  I remember
reading about it in one of the Los Angeles papers.
