For extremely detailed drawings, I recommend the United States Patent
Office.  Many examples of laparoscopes can be found here:

"Laparoscope" USPTO (2005)

To view the drawings, click on the patent's number or title, and then
click the Images button.  You will want to install AlternaTIFF if you
do not already have it (click the Help button for information).  It is
a free plug-in.

Some very basic, not very detailed diagrams are found at these two sources:
