Hi I am the head of two open source projects. The first is about building an open source computer game. The project is doing quite well. We are 5 people working and have a good infrastructure in place to handle our work. We knew each other before this got off the ground and would now like to expand our circle by adding more volunteer developers. We only have early releases at this point, so we do not have a very flashy showcase. How would we go about attracting new people? We know that Sourceforge offers a help wanted page, but we are not hosted there. Are there good alternatives to this? |

I am guessing this is a volunteer project, that is unpaid. If this is correct, try posting this on such general public use forums as www.justlinux.com under software or random/dev. Ditto for other general use forums, though justlinux is a very busy page with every level of talent and ambition. desktoplinux doesnt´seem to attract the same wide range of people. |
