Can you clarify your question please. Do you mean that you want to
permanently import an Italian registered vehicle into Great Britain
and register it with UK registration plates and vehicle tax disc? If
so, is the vehicle already in the UK?

Hi, yes the car will a permanet import and I can cope with the UK side
of things but the vendor is not sure what we have to do in Italy to
release him from the ownership of the car as I am actually a UK
resident but with an italian codice fiscale and a house here.  Thanks!
