I want to improve my handwriting.  Can you please tell me where I can
go on the net /books to get free lessons? I have dabbled in
calligraphy but I want to be able to write normal or more fancy text
well.

5.   Use your arm muscles   
If you train yourself not to move your fingers or your wrist while
writing, you'll begin to train your arm muscles as well. I did this
when I had an injured wrist, and as a side effect my calligraphy
improved!
