I understand that many MI5 files have now been released into the
British National Archives.  Has anything really sensational been
uncovered appertaining to World War II?

It really depends on what you mean by sensational. For instance, I
could point you in the direction of a press report on the disclosure
in the files of German saboteurs arrested in Ireland intent on blowing
up Buckingham Palace.
Is this sensational?

As an alternative I could provide several links to press reports about
a number of recent disclosures from the files. You could then decide
for yourself if they are sensational.

Thank you for your Request for Answer Clarification but leaving me to
decide seems rather hit and miss.  However, I would prefer an Answer
from someone who can approach this more positively.

If there had been something sensational, I'm sure it would have been
reported in the Press.  I can't recall seeing anything over the last
year but, there again, my memory is not that good!
