The English name of the movie is The Rachel Papers.

Search strategy:
I searched for "?????? ???" "?? ????'? " and found a review here.
http://www.mgmmovies.co.il/love/mainrecomend2.htm
It says that it stars Dexter Fletcher and was made in 1989.
The Hebrew words literally mean My Story with Rachel. 

I then found the name of the movie at the IMDB.
