How or where can i watch "Live" (or repeat broadcasts if live not
possible) LPF (La Liga) Spanish league soccer games from Downtown,
Vancouver, BC Canada? If no bars show the games is it possible to buy
a satellite dish that will enable me to watch from home? Is there a
package available to watch all the games? Specifically for the
Barcelona games.

The bad news are, that I haven't found any pub or sports bar that
shows the Spanish league regularly and live. The good news are, that
it is available on cable TV.

Live broadcast of the Spanish La Lega is available - since November
1st - on Gol TV Canada. This channel is available on Rogers Digital
Cable, channel 428.

As you can see there, Gol TV provides live La Liga matches, while FOX
Sports World Canada, TSN, RDS show mostly UEFA cup matches.

Barcelona FC has what they call "Premium Zone", where you can get
content. However, unfortunately, this doesn't include live broadcast
of matches, and quite honestly, I don't think it is worth the fee
they're asking for it.

As far as I know you cannot have the Rogers digital cable in B.C. 

However the good news are that there is a bar at 1321 Commercial Dr.
(Abruzzo capuccino bar) where you can watch almost all the games. They
have goltv (www.goltv.tv), therefore you only have to check whether
goltv broadcasts the game and then... go there and enjoy the game!!!!
