I am doing research on internet spam, I have created three email
accounts that I would like spammed. I know there are many websites
that advertise falsely and will submit your email address to spam
lists. This is what I need.

I will recognise the question as answered when I can be satisfied that
your source will be reliable.

I have three dedicated email addresses that I will be using on a
private domain of my own.

What I need though, is the best place to submit the email addresses
to, to actually receive spam.

These are usually sites that claim to give you free things if you
enter your address in, but actually just add your email to spam lists.

I think frd-ga has the idea. I just need someone to elaborate

People run 'harvestors' over News Groups

Also over Visitors Lists on web sites

I find that a really easy way to do this is to use a redirection
service. For example www.endjunk.com

You sign up there with your real email address. Then you are assigned
an email extension. Lets say you sign up with a username of "Emily".
They would give you an email extension of @Emily.endjunk.com.

In front of the @ symbol you can put anything you want. So you could
have aol@Emily.endjunk.com, or comcast@Emily.endjunk.com.

Every one of these emails gets redirected to your real email account.
You can then go to www.endjunk.com, and disable any one of the email
addresses or redirect them to another email address.

This allows you to specify which company you gave that email to. So
when an unauthorized email gets sent to you, you can see what address
it was sent to and know exactly what company sent it to you.

Hope this helps

I follow what you are up to.

Personally I would get a number of Email accounts that allow any
prefix before the @ so you can keep track of where your address was
picked up.

If you go onto a few Newsgroups like
microsoft.public.vb.general.discussion and use those addresses, you
are bound to get 'harvested'.

You can get at those through Google Groups, but a real newsreader is a bit easier.

Once you've started getting Spam, then always reply to their 'Opt Out'
invitation, they use that to check that the address is still active
before selling it on to other people.

A Google search for: Inviting Spam
comes up with a fair set of results, doing the opposite of what is
recommended should get you a rich haul. For example sending ECards to
yourself (rwo seeds for the price of one) and signing up for hooky
news letters.

A search for: free ecard came up with 3,530,000 results

A search for: "sign my guestbook" (including quotes)
looked rather promising - 2,790,000 hits
- adding the p*rn word refined things rather nicely

Getting mortgage quotes is a bit boring as one needs to invent personal details.
