Dear DsJones,

The answer is "yes" and "no".

It is not going to be on any national channel, and a live broadcast
would be only available on satellite (which is available to
subscribers in the UK):
Art Sport 2 channel
<http://www.artsportstv.com/Arabic/>

See regarding the satellite :
<http://64.77.87.5/sport/FT_WC06.html> (browse down to find the match).

And on Bahrain Sport channel (which is also a satellite based one):
Koora.com - Bahrain Sport Channel details
<http://www.kooora.com/main.aspx?tz=-42&&channel=97>

However, the return match (Bahrian v T&T) is going to be aired live on
EuroSport, which is a channel available to cable and satellite
subscribers in the UK for free.

Wednesday 16 November
World Cup play-off – Bahrain v Trinidad & Tobago 4.00pm Eurosport

at that time! Is the Eurosport you are referring to available in the
UK?
