viacool-ga,
There's a pretty good list to get started with, here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunter_S._Thompson
Rolling Stone
Freak Power in the Rockies ? 1970
Strange Rumblings in Aztlan ? 1971
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas ? 1971
The Banshee Screams for Buffalo Meat ? 1972
Memo from the Sports Desk & Rude Notes from a Decompression Chamber ? 1973
Fear and Loathing at the Watergate ? 1973
Fear and Loathing at the Superbowl ? 1974
Jimmy Carter and the Great Leap of Faith, An Endorsement With Fear and
Loathing by Hunter S. Thompson ? 1976
A Dog Took My Place ? 1983
Fear and Loathing in Elko ? 1992
He was a Crook ? June 1994 [3] [4]
Polo Is My Life ? (RS 697) 1995?
Fear and Loathing, Campaign 2004 ? 2004
Beyond that, though, there doesn't seem to be a readily available
online indiex of the full history of Rolling Stone -- available
databases only go back to around 1990 or so. Some sources may include
earlier years, but there's a big gap in the 1980's.
Putting together a comprehensive list would involve a lot of work, I'm
afraid...more than can be justified by a modestly-priced question.
Hopefully, the above list will at least be a useful starting point.
