Microsoft -- PowerPoint/Graph/Excel. I have created several slides in PowerPoint which contain three embedded graphs per page. The graphs were created in PowerPoint, and my problem occurs regardless of whether I'm using Microsoft Graph (from within PPT) or Excel. If I return to edit the graphs once they've been completed, they are automatically resized when I click out of them to return to PPT. Additionally, during that transition, y-axis labels are truncated. I can restore the graphs to their original size by going to Format Object/Size and resetting the object to 100%. (Though it seems there should be a way to make that stop happening.) However, I can't get the y-axis labels to appear correctly. Help! |

Instead of embedding graph objects into the Powerpoint show, you could keep a working copy of the graph in Excel, modify it there, then save the graph as a .jpg image for use in the Powerpoint presentation, to avoid graph resizing issues. ~omniscientbeing-ga |
