Dear don2222-ga,
I have searched extensively and I can find no evidence that Max Boot
has served in the armed forces. If he has, then he has never admitted
to it.
His CV appears on the Council on Foreign Relations web site.

In 1998 he was interview extensively for his book ?Out of Order:
Arrogance, Corruption, and Incompetence on the Bench?. He outlined his
life up to that date and there is no mention of military service.
