person eating at a casual dining restaurant?

The times should also be broken down by lunch and dinner as well as
weekends and holidays.

Averages: 
Single person during lunch break: 25 minutes 
Two or more people dureing lunch break: 35 minutes

Single person on weekends and holidays: 35 minutes
Two or more people on weekends and holidays: 1 hour
